Over the past few days, many provinces and cities in China have tightened control measures on highways due to the new epidemic, and some toll stations and service areas have been closed, spreading the disruption of freight from Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta to most parts of the country.
In response, the Ministry of Transport held an emergency meeting on April 7 to ensure logistics, and the official website reported on April 9 that the meeting stressed the need to ensure “one break and three continuous” (resolutely blocking the transmission channels of the virus; highway traffic network, emergency transport green channel, and the necessary mass production and living materials transport channel), and strictly prohibit the setting up of anti-epidemic measures on highways and service areas. The main line and service areas are strictly prohibited to set up epidemic prevention and testing points, the unauthorized closure of highway service areas, access control measures shall not be cascading, one-size-fits-all, etc.

According to statistics show: Hangzhou, Ningbo, Yiwu, Shaoxing, Wenzhou, Nanjing, Lianyungang, Suqian, Jiaxing, Huzhou and other cities, has announced the closure of some of its high-speed entrances and exits, only Jiangsu and Zhejiang has closed the high-speed exit and service areas up to 193 (including 55 service areas, high-speed exit 138)

In addition, a total of 18 provinces have some toll stations and service areas closed, involving the Yangtze River Delta, Northeast, Northwest, North China and other provinces.

Sealed control of strict areas including Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and many other large plastic provinces, and even affected more than ten areas of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, it can be said that the current already difficult logistics market has made the factory suffering.
At present, China’s domestic epidemic situation in many places is grim, around the factory to stop the type of news incessantly, logistics and transportation is not smooth, the delivery cycle of petrochemical enterprises extended, the chemical raw materials trading market may turn into a weak run-based, you need to buy goods please early, to avoid production shortage of embarrassing situations.
